Andre’ O. Fulton has been a licensed Realtor since 2005 and is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors and National Association of Residential Property Managers. Andre’ is the founder and owner of NextDoor Property Management and an Army Veteran that continues to serve the public as a private investor, providing housing for many families and as a property manager for local and overseas investors. His staff and clients appreciate his professionalism, openness, and attention to details. In the demanding field of Real Estate he strives to pursue the best possible results for his clients. By combining creativity with expert communication and a proven business savvy, Andre’ delivers for every owner, buyer, seller and investor he represents. Charles, a Marine Corps Veteran, graduated college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Forensics and came to the San Antonio area to start his Real Estate profession. Charles is married to Sandra and has three daughters Taniyah, Avery, Quinn and two sons Justin, and Charles IV.

Charles works with sellers, buyers, and investors and is known for his quality service and stellar reputation, ensuring great experiences for every client he represents. He showcases his homes on his company’s website and utilizes a team of professional service providers to assist with his clients buying and selling needs. Including stagers, painters, designers, handymen, and inspectors. “I don’t just put your home on the MLS and hope that it sells…We create the sale through our own digital marketing!” He is communicative, thorough and detail- oriented and he will be alongside you every step of the way. 

As for buyers, Charles goes to bat for his buyers. He writes his contracts with the expectation of getting the absolute best price with the best terms. He educates his buyers, helping them through every phase of the transaction, making sure that they have the proper budget, adequate financing, understanding of each aspect of the payment and loan, and the resources to look for the best property to suit their needs. Born and raised in California, Jessica has made San Antonio her home for over 16 years. She is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors and is a Military Relocation Professional.
